Job Description

​​​​​​We are looking for a HR Representative for our Sakarya location.

Your Tasks:

Provide administration support for a wide range of HR activities including supporting administration of monthly payroll, confirming changes to employment details and assists with all HR communications efforts Support the global drive for standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes Prepares routine and special reports by conducting necessary analysis of trends and identifying problem areas Implements new hire orientation and training Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training

 

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred), At least 5 years experienced in human resources processes in multinational companies in production, Written and spoken fluency in English is a must, Having good knowledge of MS Office (Excell, Powerpoint, Word), Military service must be completed for male candidates.
