Job Summary:

The HR Reporting and Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR reporting and analytics initiatives to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. This role involves data collection, analysis, and presentation to enhance HR functions and overall organizational performance. You will serve as a liaison between HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure the availability of HR data to support the creation of dashboards, including developing relevant metrics and KPIs.   

 

Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analytics: Serve as the lead and subject matter expert responsible for developing and maintaining HR dashboards and operational reports in SuccessFactors and GPI's internal data warehouse, Qlik, to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Fulfill ad hoc and standard report requests. Evaluate report requests and determine synergies to minimize special requests and increase self-service reporting opportunities. HR Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data.  Report data issues to the HR information systems team to resolve and improve data quality. Strategic Insights: Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to HR and management.  Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives through data-driven insights. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify HR data needs, create functional specifications, and develop solutions.  Present findings and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organization policies. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HR analytics trends and best practices.  Proactively work to improve reporting (value-add, efficiency, quality, speed) and delivery processes considering all available technologies. Management:  Provide direction, coaching, and support to a reporting analyst team responsible for delivering HR reports.

 

Education / Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, or equivalent business experience. 8+ years of experience in analytics roles, focusing on HR reporting. In-depth knowledge and experience presenting employee metrics and workforce analytics. Proficient in using HR information systems and building complex reports.

Data visualization and reporting skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and presentations. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to implement creative solutions while working under pressure. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in using SAP-SuccessFactors operational reporting tools (e.g. Stories, Table, Canvas). Experience with visualization tools such as Qlik analytic reporting tools

Pay Range:   $136,185.00 - $226,905.00
