HR Reporting Analyst

We have a unique opportunity for a HR Reporting Analyst to join our Reward and Systems team to based with our team at Head Office in Gateshead. This role is a office based role.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Reporting Analyst the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of reporting activities and will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR and Reward function.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Responsible for the production, development, maintenance, and distribution of a monthly suite of reports which track key people metrics. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR database and systems. Transform and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency Analyse HR data to identify trends and insights. Troubleshoot data issues and suggest solutions. Production of ad hoc reporting for the wider HR team such as attrition and earnings data Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Support the internal payroll team with their data and reporting requirements to ensure efficient processing of the monthly payroll. Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and procedures. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.

For this role we are looking for you to have:

Experience in a Data Analyst or Reporting role. Strong excel skills, experience in utilising additional analysis/visualization tools such as Power BI would also be advantageous. Experience in utilising the reporting module of a HRIS system – prior knowledge of Dayforce would be advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
