HR/Recruiter Coordinator - Public Works

Johnson Service Group. Inc. is seeking a highly qualified HR/Recruiter Coordinator for our public works client in downtown Los Angeles, CA. This is a 6 month temporary position with an outstanding organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience in supporting human resources, including recruiting and related HR administrative responsibilities. Prior experience in supporting a fast-paced recruiting team. Prior experience in scheduling meetings and virtual interviews for hiring managers with MS Teams and Zoom Info. Schedule calendar meetings for hiring managers. Answer internal and external incoming phone calls. Maintain confidential files, records, and reports. Other administrative responsibilities include formatting, editing emails and editing meeting notes. Must be proficient with MS Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires a high degree of professionalism. 4 year Bachelor's degree us highly preferred.
Location: Hybrid work schedule. When on-site, the location is downtown Los Angeles, CA (next to Union Station with free parking or direct Metro access).
Length of Assignment: 6 months
Pay rate: $37-$42 DOE
