Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter. The selected candidate will work in-office, managing the administrative aspects of recruitment and effectively utilizing various systems and platforms. Responsibilities: • Efficient and accurate processing of applicant tracking system (ATS) operations. • Effectively use communication skills to manage phone interactions. • Employ ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions. • Utilize platforms such as Careerbuilder and CRM for recruitment processes. • Responsible for sourcing potential candidates and managing their data. • Conduct thorough background checks for potential hires. • Manage benefit functions effectively. • Maintain and manage the Applicant Track System. • Use the About Time system for efficient time management. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services for managing financial aspects of HR operations • Expertise in ADP Workforce Now for optimizing workforce management processes • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to ensure smooth data communication • Ability to use Careerbuilder for efficient job posting and candidate sourcing • Proficiency in CRM for managing interactions with current and potential employees • Knowledge of About Time for effective time and attendance management • Experience with Applicant Track System for streamlined recruitment processes • Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks to ensure hiring trustworthy candidates • Understanding of Benefit Functions to effectively manage employee benefits • Strong Communication skills for clear and effective interactions with candidates and employees.
