Description We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team in the Non-Profit sector, located in St. Petersburg, Florida. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be tasked with sourcing and screening applicants for various roles, managing talent acquisition software, and coordinating with managers for interview setups. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Indeed and other job boards) • Screen incoming resumes and application forms • Utilize talent acquisition software for applicant tracking • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine interview schedules • Conduct preliminary interviews to understand candidate's strengths and weaknesses • Transition from using Paylocity to ADP for HR administration purposes • Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly • Utilize knowledge of corporate recruiting to fulfill job requirements • Ensure efficient and smooth onboarding processes for new employees • Maintain and update records of recruited employees Requirements • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required for efficient management of HR processes and employee data • Familiarity with Applicant Track System is necessary to streamline recruitment process and candidate management • Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective interaction with candidates, employees, and other stakeholders • Prior experience in corporate recruiting is needed to understand the unique hiring needs and challenges of the organization • Proficiency in applicant screening to ensure experience in the positions • Knowledge of Paylocity for efficient payroll processing and HR management • Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration to ensure adherence to HR policies and practices.
