A financial firm is looking for an HR Recruiter to join their team. This role is remote. 

Pay: $30-35/hr

4. Experience working directly with hiring managers
5. Full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview prep, offer negotiation
6. Recruiting experience with IT and non-IT roles.

Financial services and banking preferred

Responsibilities:Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
