As an HR Professional for Analytics and Administrative Support at Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS), you will play a critical role in driving HR efficiency across the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the DCS HR community, ensuring transparency and alignment across monthly reporting, data management, compliance, and administrative tasks. Your work will support DCS HR's mission of enhancing service delivery and positioning HR as a key value driver for the business.
Preferred locations are Kolding, Nordborg, Silkeborg, or Copenhagen in Denmark, but for the right candidate we are open to other parts of Europe.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs our new HR Professional, you will be responsible for managing key HR reporting and communication processes, driving data-driven insights, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage and oversee the execution of all monthly HR reports, ensuring they are produced, maintained, and analyzed according to established processes and standards. Challenge and continuously improve reporting processes and the content shared with the DCS organization. Leverage organizational data and metrics to create insightful presentations that support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Group HR and other Danfoss segments to align HR practices with business needs. Develop and support presentations for recurring and ad-hoc HR communications, including strategy sessions, town halls, newsletters, and more.

Background & SkillsYou may have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in HR, Leadership, Strategy, or other relevant fields, but more importantly, you bring several years of experience from a similar HR role within a large global organization or consultancy.
Furthermore, you need to demonstrate:
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of HR data, organizational processes, and business operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a solid toolkit for data management and reporting. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
