Responsibilities: Coordinate recruiting/staffing process. Perform all required pre-employment background checks and license/certification verification. Administer new hire orientation. Prepare all required documentation necessary to process payroll. Maintain personnel files. Participate in the Nexion Neighbor Program. Compile and maintain report data as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Long term care experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have experience with ADP payroll processing. Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing.
