We are looking for an HR Operations & Total Rewards Manager to lead a team of HR Operations professionals, ensuring seamless payroll administration, HR reporting, compliance, and remuneration processes across our New Zealand operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

Oversee all employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, contract changes, and terminations. Manage the parental leave process, providing clear information and support to employees. Ensure HR filing (electronic and paper-based) is accurate and up to date. Respond to HR-related queries via Service Now tickets and HR mailbox.Coordinate and maintain HR  policies, letters, forms, and templates. Ensure timely communication of new hires and remuneration changes to payroll. Maintain and update HR Information Systems (Oracle Cloud) to ensure accurate records. Manage data entry for employee variations, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Work closely with the payroll team to resolve issues and ensure seamless processing. Backfill the Payroll Specialist when needed (few times in a year), ensuring smooth payroll operations.

Remuneration & Benefits

Ensure salary and benefits structures are competitive and cost-effective and undertaken in accordance with delegated authorities Support the annual salary review process, ensuring accuracy and fairness. Administer staff anniversaries and recognition programs. Liaise with corporate HR on stock grant plans and benefits administration. Attend and actively participate to Global and Regional trainings and alignments

HR Reporting & Compliance

Provide accurate and timely HR reporting (monthly, quarterly, sustainability, KPIs). Monitor and ensure compliance with employment law changes. Manage workforce data, including labour forecasting and headcount tracking.

Global Mobility & VISA Processing

Oversee the VISA process for international candidates, working closely with Talent Acquisition. Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company policies.

Skills & Competencies

Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle Cloud and PayGlobal preferred). Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting. Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A strong team player with a “can-do” attitude.
