Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will have the opportunity to be a vital member of the ABB HR Services. Each day, you will be responsible for delivering Human Resource operations services regarding Employee Life Cycle for Finland country. This role is temporary for Maternity leave replacement.The work model for the role is: hybrid, at least 2 days at the office #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the HR Services in Ülemiste city. Main stakeholders are ABB Finland employees and HR Business Partners.You will be mainly accountable for:• Execute and deliver HR services in compliance with agreed processes• Follow on agreed Key Performance Indicators and quality targets• Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding Employee Life Cycle related topics and deliver support according to agreed level of performance• Support cross collaboration within HR Operations Front Office, HRBPs and promote synergiesOur team dynamics You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Process oriented, self-organized and detail oriented Outstanding teamwork and can-do attitude You are at ease communicating in Estonian, Finnish and English
