Managing every aspect of the employment process from onboarding maintenance and termination including orientation training good labour relations practice compliance

Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures
Review monthly payroll for multiple entities to ensure tax compliance and accuracy of information
Provide relevant information to appropriate persons to assist in compiling salary training and bonus budgets on an annual basis
Compile BEE/EE documents annually for BBBEE verification
Upskill line managers to ensure they can deal with employee queries
Manage recruitment process on Job Portal
Arrange and assist interviews for shortlisted candidates
Assist employees with general issues pertaining to the employment relationship
Responsible for arranging and assisting with Disciplinary Grievance and Incapacity Hearings
Assist company with representation at the CCMA in the event of disputes
Ensure compliance with all Labour Legislation
Maintain all employee folders to ensure all relevant documentation in place
Responsible for Employment Contracts Annexures Enrollment onto benefits ie Medical Pension Fund
High level job evaluations and basic organizational design and input as to structures span of control grading benchmarking
Update Job Descriptions in conjunction with line Managers requirements
Compiling of WSP/ATR for submission at SETAs
Implementing systematic staff development procedures
Any other duties as instructed by Supervisor

Requirements
Matric
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or experience in Human Resources
Labour Relations certification may be advantageous
At least 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience in similar role
Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator may be advantageous
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
Sound knowledge of Employee relations
