In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Be responsible for the recruitment of key positions, help set up talent pipeline, and work on retention plan and individual development plan for critical talents.  Support University Programs, such as Internship Program, Technical Competition, etc. Provide support on performance management and employee relation's issues. Maintain, update and manage employee database/ headcount report to ensure the accuracy of HR data. Coordinate on monthly payroll process, including banking, taxation & individual bank account notification for employee. Work with FESCO on social benefits for North region employees on a regular basis. Take charge of contract management and HR documents & archives. Be responsible for workforce management, ensure the policies and labor contracts or agreements compliance with labor laws and regulations. Take on additional HR assignments as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor and above degree. Major in Human Resources/Administration is preferred. At least 3-5 year working experience in Human Resources function. Familiar with national, regional and enterprise policies related to labor law, practical experience in labor arbitration. Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently. Good English skill at both oral and written.  Proficient in MS Office software especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Have experiences in HR. Occupational Health and safety acumen.
