Hire Resolve’s client in the mining industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an HR Officer to join their team in Hotazel, Northern Cape.

Things may get “hot as hell” when you’re working with people.

Responsibilities:

Time and Attendance Access Cards Payroll-related Administration Recruitment / Retention Industrial relations Training and development

Requirements:

National Senior Certificate B.Com HR Management or B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree At least 5 years of HR generalist experience Previous experience working in the mining environment Experience working on HR systems will be beneficial (i.e. SAGE and Biometrics)

Benefits:

Salary: R500K – R1.8Mil, salary depends on experience Paid Time Off (if applicable)
