An amazing number, but we’re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with. **The opportunity** As the HR Manager for our R&D Netanya site, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy and driving organizational success. Working closely with R&D unit management, you'll provide comprehensive HR support across R&D functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact workforce planning, organizational design, change management, leadership development, and talent strategies. The HRM is a part of Netanya site HR team, reporting directly to R&D HR Director. **How you’ll spend your day** + Develop and implement an integrated people strategy aligned with R&D objectives + Manage the full employee lifecycle, Hire2Retire process and employee experience + Partner with managers to drive performance management and rewards practices + Lead organizational changes, including restructuring and cultural transformations + Design and deliver site wellbeing program and local initiatives + Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and leadership + Collaborate across the HR network (global HRBP's and support functions) to resolve issues and generate innovative solutions to enable R&D managers with their managerial role. + Drive employee engagement initiatives **Your experience and qualifications** + 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Manager in a global and matrix environment + Ability to proactively translate changing business objectives to effective HR plans + Experience in coaching managers and teams/group facilitation. + Proven track record in organizational change management + Strong coaching and facilitation skills + Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities + High level of drive, resilient and self-motivated with a positive attitude + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills + Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal) **Reports To** Tali Ben-tov Yaari **Already Working @TEVA?** If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
