Our client is searching for a HR Manager to be based at their offices in the Vaal area The successful individual will be required to manage the Human Resources department and Talent Management programme
Key Performance Areas
Responsible for the Talent Management program
Management of the Human Resources department
Ensuring that the Human Resources policies and processes are effective and efficient
Managing the recruitment process
Managing contracts and appointment documentation
Manage and organise training and induction processes
Dealing with Labour Relations issues and chairing of disciplinary hearings and representing the company at the CCMA
Updating developing and implementation of company policies and procedures
Compiling of weekly and monthly reports on HR statistics
Managing all performance management programmes and employee performance evaluations
Establishing maintaining and controlling employee records recruitment relations records files correspondence reports
Managing sensitive and confidential matters like employee relations and organizational changes planning and protecting the security of information data and files
Requirements
Matric
Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 years experience as a HR Manager
Must have people management experience
Knowledge of recruitment process
Able to present information in forms tables and spreadsheets
Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
Ability to operate under immense pressure
Able to deliver effective results meet tight deadlines and targets
Bilingual
Proficient in MS Office including MS Word MS Excel
