HR Manager **Molo Companies** 1 Positions ID: 62177 Posted On 02/20/2025 **Job Overview** Molo Companies is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources, including payroll processing, training, and general HR functions. This position will work closely with managers to ensure seamless operations across the organization, providing guidance on HR best practices and promoting a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, administering benefits, and fostering employee development. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Human Resources Functions** : + Work closely with management teams to guide the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. + Provide advice to leadership on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. + Collaborate with managers to implement employee performance review processes, coaching, and feedback systems. + Administer and support employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, working with managers to communicate options and answer questions. + Partner with department leaders to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. + Ensure company-wide compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, and work with managers to minimize risks. + Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports for leadership and audits. + Stay up-to-date with changes in HR laws, ensuring the organization’s practices and policies are always compliant. + **Benefits Administration:** + Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. + Partner with benefits providers to manage open enrollment, address employee inquiries, and ensure the smooth execution of benefits processes. + Work with Payroll and Benefits Specialist to communicate benefits options and educate employees on how to maximize their benefits packages. + Track and report on benefits utilization and employee satisfaction, making recommendations for improvements when necessary. + **Payroll Administration** : + Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. + Serve as a backup point of contact for managers and employees regarding payroll inquiries and discrepancies. + Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits Specialist to ensure payroll data is submitted in a timely and accurate manner. + **Training & Development** : + Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and design programs that address skill gaps, foster professional growth, and align with company goals. + Oversee the development and delivery of employee training, including compliance training, leadership development, and team-building initiatives. + Ensure managers have the tools to support their teams in ongoing learning and career progression. + Track and report on training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed to meet organizational objectives. + **Cultural Development & Employee Engagement:** + Work closely with senior leadership and managers to promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that aligns with company values. + Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and job satisfaction across all levels of the organization. + Foster open lines of communication to ensure employee concerns are heard and addressed promptly. + Promote work-life balance and overall employee well-being through initiatives, resources, and policies that support mental and physical health. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 5+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record in an HR management role. + At least 2 years of experience collaborating closely with senior management and department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives. + Current human resources and or compensation credentials or certification, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar, highly preferred. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels. + Proven ability to design and deliver impactful employee training programs that drive results. + Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems. + Experience with ADP Retirement / 401K or similar systems. + Background in workplace safety and OSHA compliance. + Experience in benefits administration and legal compliance. + Strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide and support managers in HR-related matters. + Solid understanding of HR laws, employee relations, and performance management. + Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software. + Track and report on training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed to meet organizational objectives. **Physical Requirements:** + Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. + Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
