Minimum Requirements
HRM Qualification Minimum of 5 Years experience in a HR Manager role Motor Industry experience and indepth knowledge of the MIBCO Main Agreement Previous experience in union negotiations   Strong interpersonal skills Excellent planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skill Conflict management skills
Salary Structure
Basic Salary of R45 000 CTC based on experience Benefits
