As an HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the human resources function for our Mobile, AL location. You will be accountable for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will be instrumental in assisting the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

\nYou will report directly to the Gulf Coast Sr HR Manager, Central HR region and you will work out of our Mobile, AL location on a hybrid work schedule.

\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by attracting and retaining top talent, promoting employee engagement and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n 

\n\n\n\tDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.\n\tOversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.\n\tManage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.\n\tEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.\n\tFacilitate employee development and engagement initiatives.\n\tWork with the ISC leadership team in facilitation of workforce planning and talent management needs\n\tProvide guidance and facilitate to managers and employees on HR-related matters.\n\tFocus on understanding key HR metrics for the Mobile, AL site identifying trends, and providing insights and recommendations to the regional leadership team and the global HR team

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n\n\t5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field.\n\tStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.\n\tExcellent communication and people-oriented skills.\n\tAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information.\n\tStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\n\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\n\n\tBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.\n\tHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).\n\tExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\n\tKnowledge of employment laws and regulations.\n\tExperience with HRIS systems.\n\n\n
