HR Manager
Requirements:
5 years’ experience in a similar role. A bachelors degree in human resources. Own transport. Bilingual in Afrikaans and English. Matric certificate. Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Responsibilities:
Develop policies and procedures and implement HR strategies aligned with the company goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Ensure compliance with labour laws (BBBEE, EE, COID, UIF, DOL, etc.) and company policies. Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities (WSP, Learnerships/ Grants etc.) Administer all human resources processes, excluding the payroll.
