**Overview**
The Manager, Talent will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day Talent function and drive programs and initiatives for employees across several locations. Not only will you work in lock step with our internal partners, but you will also work with the broader Talent Team on initiatives to cultivate our unique culture and people’s practices. **Responsibilities**
**Specific Responsibilities:**
Partnering with the Director, Talent for the effective delivery and support of employee related operational activities, including but not limited to:
+ Manage employee status changes (terminations, transfers, new hires, etc.), including communication with appropriate teams/colleagues to maintain consistency and ensure positive employee experience.
+ Provide exceptional service to internal employees, efficiently and effectively answering their questions and building trusted relationships.
+ Maintain understanding of Leave of Absence programs to effectively assist in managing employee leaves.
+ Serve as a point of contact for employees, navigating benefits processes, liaising with internal benefits teams as needed.
+ Work with Director in creating programs that enhance a high-performance culture creating inclusiveness.
+ Support employees and teams with coaching and mediation as needed, focusing on entry to mid-manager level.
+ Support the implementation of new Human Resources policies, processes and procedures as well as providing support in the development of Human Resources initiatives and ad hoc projects.
+ Ensure employee data integrity. Effectively utilize tools and technology.
+ Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Ensure effective employee relations.
+ Ad hoc projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree required and/or 3+ years related HR generalist experience
+ Experience with handling entry to mid-level employee relations scenarios, employment law, coaching and counseling employees and managers
+ Solutions-oriented, strategic thinker who can re-prioritize, problem-solve and work quickly with a keen eye toward quality
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and with remote teams
+ Detail-oriented, highly motivated, self-starter, organization and prioritization skills
+ Highly motivated team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a collaborative work environment
+ Ability to identify potential employee issues early on and address them proactively
+ Knowledge of general HR practices, policies and pertinent legislation governing employment relations
+ A passion for, or experience in, one of the following areas: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Talent Development; Company Culture; Project Management
+ Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)

Compensation Range: $73,910- $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
