HR Manager – SSHRM

To provide the overall (end-to-end) HR Services to the business Unit, through value-adding HR

offerings and processes.

  HR degree Sound Labor Relations legislation knowledge Excellent CCMA knowledge and experience Sound knowledge of Skills Development legislation MS Office 4 Years’ experience in a similar role

  Resilient and robust Dynamic Delivery and detail orientated Practical and pragmatic Intuitive and encompassing Analytical Virtuous Persuasive Customer orientated Team orientated

·        Consult with senior management to understand business priorities and human capital needs to

enable the realization of the company’s strategy and business goals

·        Ensure human resource policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements and are updated

·        Train all employees on HR policies and procedures

·        Lead and direct culture change and transformation

·        Develop and implement an effective performance management system

·        Influence and lead management and leadership around people issues

·        Lead the recruitment and selection process for all vacant positions

Develop and manage the induction and onboarding process for all new staff members Create job profiles for each role

·        Manage sensitive or complex people management issues (conflict resolutions)

·        Foster a positive working environment, through the organization EVP

·        Develop and implement cost saving measures and improvement projects

·        Manage relationship with key stake holders (trade unions, department of labor)

·        Facilitate wage negotiations

·        Guide, direct and enable line in all matters of IR

·        Labor relations

·        Payroll management- train and guide Payroll and HR administrators, double check and authorize

·         bi – weekly wages

·        Talent development and management

·        Employee onboarding

·        Prepare and submit EE, SD, BEE reports to central office

·        Represent company at CCMA

·        Develop and Implement employee wellness programs i.e., arrange wellness day

·        Manage internal and external HR related audits i.e., SEDEX, Labor inspections
