Goal of Position

The primary goal of the Labor Relations Intern is to support the Human Resources department by efficiently managing labor relations tasks, enhancing communication with unions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Educational Requirements Final-semester student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in English Availability for full-time work. General Requirements Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law. Basic proficiency in Excel. Experience with SAP is desirable. Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented individual. Your Key Responsibilities Maintain effective relations with the union, ensuring seamless communication. Develop comprehensive weekly absenteeism reports with precise data and detailed analysis. Oversee plant services management, ensuring their availability and quality. Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) to ensure compliance. Supervise work contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies. Generate monthly turnover reports, including analysis of causes and recommendations for improvement.
