Your role will be:Tracking, analyzing, and updating monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Argo and MapletonLead the implementation of the Clock System to automate attendance and payroll process. Develop the project charter, flow chart and estimated cost to execute implementationSupport employee events to improve culture and engagement across the Argo plant with a strong correlation with our values and Inclusion & Belonging strategyLead automation for key training process:Develop Power BI dashboard to show the 3 Key Data Points (Risk of Retirement, Versatility, Training Time) so that plant leadership can identify risks and training can be more proactiveDevelop Power BI dashboard to show the correlation between department productivity and proficiency levels to give data how knowledge and training affect outputWork with Training, IPS, and Digital Ops teams to develop Power App to digital track PCA's within the departmentYour profile needs these qualifications:Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field with a minimum GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 preferred.Ability to work 40 hrs. per week during summerStrong business insight and continuous improvement skillsGeneral knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOutstanding attention to detail with verbal and written communication skillsReliable transportation required to get to and from facility each work dayExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written technical communication skills, e.g. making presentations, and writing technical data/reports.Working knowledge of basic computer software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)You’ll need these skills to be successful:Proven ability to deliver under agreed upon deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively with peers and othersSolid teamwork skills and creative problem solvingWell organized and can prioritize workloadsAre a creative problem solver and critical thinkingAre technically proficient and utilize technology: PBI and Excel in efficient waysHave outstanding service and focus on resultsEnjoy a manufacturing environmentTo be eligible for consideration, candidates must:Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
