Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture. Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to policy development and compliance. Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Assist in the development of creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Engage with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. Contribute to the planning and execution of training programs for employees at various levels. Assist in the creation of training materials and resources. Coordinate and schedule employee development sessions. Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. Support the Total Rewards team in the development and improvement of payroll-related policies and programs.Who you are:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong curiosity about HR, with a desire to gain practical experience in various HR functions.
