Summary

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner Intern to gain hands-on experience in activities and projects across the Corporate & Sales teams. This position will support our HR department with various HRBP life-cycle responsibilities, as well as project and resource development in partnership with the residential business.

Essential Duties
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

HRBP & COE

Partner with HRBPs to audit and develop role profiles and job descriptions in scope with the newly developed JD framework. Ensuring HRIS data is up to date.

Provide recommendations and create documentation for process improvements to enhance team efficiency

Partner with HRBPs to analyze HR dashboards and data to drive key talent initiatives focused on organizational strengths and opportunities 

Operate as liaison for data analysis and transactions between HRBPs and HR COEs

Corporate Functions

Work with identified populations to support ICP development and Talent Profile completion 

Provide support with the Mid Year Review process, performance management and tracking 

Residential Sales

Assist in the development and delivery of presentations and tools related to long term Residential Projects

RES Synergy meetings

Coaching and Performance

Developing a Strategic Mindset

Business Acumen: GAF, Residential and Contractor

Pursuing a degree in HR or Business

Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and gaining practical experience in HR business partner functions.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment

Exceptional and proactive follow up 

Analytical skills and committed to excellence in service and performance

Technically oriented and proficient in the use of Google products (Sheets, Slides, and Docs)

Must be a team player, communicative and collaborate well 

Ability to multitask and maintain a strict level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
