Primary Purpose:
The HR Inquiries Administrator (HRIA) receives and resolves HR cases/tickets and completes the required actions. This customer-service focused role is primarily responsible for working closely with the Tier 1 team to ensure that all cases are resolved, consistently meeting/exceeding established key performance metrics including SLA to deliver service excellence.

Deliver exceptional customer experience, problem-solving with strong discernment and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Deliver consistent results with a customer centric mindset, and a commitment to service delivery excellence. Provide tier-one support for all employees and managers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assist in assessing team members' cases contributing to peer quality review process, applying tools like ServiceNow. Assist in member’s case queues, helping ensure cases are evenly distributed and handled in a timely manner. Respond to associate inquiries, providing clear and accurate information in a professional manner. Participate in training sessions as needed, continuously improving knowledge and skills in HR case manageme
What You will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, and/or Business 1+ years previous experience in a HR Shared Service, Service Environment 1+ years previous experience in a Payroll or Accounting role Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and shared services HR technology Ability to navigate with proficiency and deliver high-quality customer service Ability to handle and maintain confidential & sensitive data Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English to be able to connect with all levels of employees across the organization
