**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in documenting system configurations, processes, and workflows for HR modules like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding and Performance, Compensation, ensuring clarity and completeness.
+ Prepare clear and user-friendly guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for end users and HR Shared Services (HRSS) teams to facilitate efficient system use.
+ Support in gathering and organizing requirements for potential system enhancements, contributing to effective communication of needs to the development team.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation, requiring effective communication skills and attention to detail.
+ Provide assistance in the development and delivery of training materials for system users.
+ Participate in quality assurance by testing system functionalities and configurations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Strong interest in HR systems and technology.
+ Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
+ Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
