This role will serve as an agent on the myHR Team in Guadalajara, Mexico by using the knowledge of a wide variety of HR topics and using available tools to respond to Tier 1 questions via cases or chats from HP Inc. employees across the world.
This role will require a strong degree of independent judgement, initiative, and HR knowledge to resolve HR problems or re-direct employees to the correct support group. Must possess the ability to work independently to manage a busy caseload while working closely with teammates to ensure customers receive outstanding service. May participate in special projects or other tasks as time permits.
Build knowledge base to effectively answer questions. Use a customer centered approach to providing customer support that delights our users.
Education and Experience Required:
Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience (customer focused)Knowledge and Skills:
Strong written and verbal skills with English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.Attention to detail.Excellent time management skills.Strong comfort level with standard MicroSoft Suite of tools and ability to easily learn new systems and tools (such as Workday and Microsoft Dynamics)Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and work within tight deadlines.Developed relationships.Management skills.Developing leadership and influence skills.Ability to support employees in multiple countries.
