This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR People Analytics function and collaborate with our global HR teams to deliver reporting, analysis, and insights at scale across the organisation. This role will continue to advance our People Analytics capabilities across a broad range of HR topics, including headcount and labour costs, talent acquisition and development, diversity, organisational effectiveness, and more.
Reporting to the People Analytics Senior Manager, acting as a partner to our Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and HR colleagues, and collaborating with the IT ‘Global Data Platform’ team, you will support the delivery and development of our People Analytics vision and roadmap - including through the following responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Use SuccessFactors, MS Excel, and Power BI to design, build, test, and deploy People Analytics reports/dashboards, data visualisations, and individual analysis projects.
+ Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting
+ Manage end-to-end analytics processes and projects, including:
+ Understanding business requirements
+ Sourcing, cleaning and wrangling data
+ Designing and building data models
+ Extracting insights and findings
+ Communicate and present results, and work with CoEs and Business Partners to translate data into actionable insights and value.
+ Help develop analytical capabilities across HR CoEs and the business partner community by producing documentation and engaging guidance materials, and delivering training sessions on HR data products, tools, systems, and techniques.
+ Assist in data quality control through testing and root cause analysis.
+ Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee data in accordance with privacy regulations.
+ Partner with local teams during the HR year-end process and contribute to global legal and compliance reporting, including the Universal Registration Document, CSRD, AAP (US), and more.
**Qualifications**
+ Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies, including related to HR data management, confidentiality, and data protection (GDPR).
+ Experience with SuccessFactors data and reporting tools, or similar platforms.
+ Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Experience using a range of quantitative/statistical approaches or tools is a plus.
+ Proven ability and enthusiasm for analyzing complex data sets, providing actionable insights, recommendations for process automation.
+ Knowledge of PowerQuery and DAX is a plus
+ Methodical approach with strong attention to detail; excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
+ Strong communication & fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus).
