We’re looking for a full in office HR Generalist with a CHRL designation in the manufacturing and retail industry for a full in office role in Niagara Falls.

The successful candidate will play a key role in both strategic and administrative HR functions, including training and development, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and performance management. This role supports initiatives that enhance employee experience and contribute to overall business success.

HR Generalist responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related matters Communicating and maintaining HR policies, handbooks, and organizational updates Supporting payroll processing, benefits administration, and team member inquiries Coordinating and facilitating training & development programs Leading the annual performance review process and ensuring compliance Managing employee relations, investigations, and progressive discipline when needed Working with the Health and Safety committee Backup to Payroll, experience with Ceridian Overseeing the offboarding process, including exit interviews Contributing to HR projects, compliance efforts, and company initiatives Supervision and mentoring an HR Coordinator The successful candidate has:  A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field A CHRL designation is a must 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices Strong work ethic and business acumen Experience conducting workplace investigations is necessary Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems, experience with an ATS or Ceridian is an asset Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment Able to work full in office Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package Generous professional development allowance Fitness reimbursement Discount of products RSP Matching 3 weeks holidays Only candidates already eligible to work in Canada will be reviewed.
