Job Description

 

We are looking for an HR Generalist to assist in supporting our National Solutions Center. We are a growing, results-oriented company with great pay, benefits and opportunity. This position will support in the fields of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and more.  

Requirements 

Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years’ experience in an HR role.  

Responsibilities 

Support NSC Team Leaders with employee issues, questions, and administering disciplinary actions.  

Work with the Team Leads during the hiring season and gather interview feedback to make hiring decisions 

Make verbal and written offer letters, and process new hires through the background check process 

Conduct HR Orientation for NSC new hires 

Conducts onboarding check ins with new hires at designated points in time 

Process employee changes in HRIS system 

Assist with remote employee processes (sending policies, welcome emails, etc) 

Respond to employee questions and concerns or direct them to the appropriate departments 

Communicate between leave coordinator and team leads to ensure employees return from leave through the correct process 

Update NSC forms and policies as needed 

Conduct investigations for employee issues as necessary 

Conduct ADA Interactive Conversations to determine ADA Accommodation requests
