Let’s get started! **What You’ll Do** As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive employee experience. You’ll collaborate with various teams to manage hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities: + **Employee Support & Compliance:** Conduct background checks, process employee changes in ADP, and ensure compliance with company policies. + **Onboarding & Benefits Administration:** Assist with new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations. + **Employee Relations & Workplace Culture:** Address employee concerns, support engagement initiative, and ensure fair policy application. + **HR Data & Reporting:** Maintain HR records, track exit interviews, and generate reports for compliance and decision-making. **What You Bring to the Table** + **Attention to Detail:** Ability to accurately manage HR processes, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies. + **Organizational Skills:** Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and support a fast-paced HR environment. + **HR Experience:** 3+ years, supporting HR functions experience preferred. + **Technical Proficiency:** Experience using HR Software such as ADP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HIRS Platforms. + **Strong Communication Skills:** Ability to effectively interact with employees, hiring managers, and external partners. + **Problem-Solving Mindset:** Proactive mindset for identifying challenges and implementing effective HR solutions. + **Adaptability and Initiative:** Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment. **Our Values** At Cotton, we value Action Orientation, Collaboration, and Accountability.
