Description We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our client in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will have an emphasis on benefits, payroll, and workers' compensation, with a focus on maintaining an organized HR operation. The chosen candidate will be the face of HR in person in Nashville and will have a lot of potential for upward mobility in the position. Responsibilities: • Oversee the administration of benefits and 401K plans • Manage payroll functions to ensure accurate and timely compensation • Handle workers' compensation claims and processes • Conduct entry-level interviews and assist with light recruiting work • Foster positive employee relations and address any issues that arise • Contribute to business development initiatives • Assist in transitioning HR systems from Bamboo to Paylocity • Update and maintain HR policies and handbooks • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees • Oversee time and attendance tracking Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Generalist • Demonstrated proficiency in managing Benefit Functions • Proven ability to handle Employee Relations effectively • Experience with FMLA administration and compliance • Proficiency in using Paylocity software • Familiarity with Bamboo HR software • Experience in handling payroll processes • Knowledge and experience in managing Workers Compensation cases Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
