HR Generalist

Schedule: Full time - Monday - Friday

Required job specific competencies: 

Demonstrates the ability to work independently and exhibits flexibility in decision making and prioritizing assignments. Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required. Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to associates, patients, and the health system. Proactively and creatively assesses client’s needs to insure that services are high quality and cost effective. Demonstrates skill in interpretation of Human Resource policies, regulations and laws. Exhibits ability to function effectively with minimal supervision. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis. Requires ability to work in offsite locations as needed. Lives the CARES values at all times.

Qualifications:

PHR or SPHR preferred.

Education and experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required, or some college courses and commensurate experience in HR. Requires at least two years previous human resources experience. Prefer experience in a healthcare environment. Experience in compensation administration a plus. 

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 

Starting Rate: Based on experience
