Description Position Overview: We are looking for an HR Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR practices, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. + Administer employee benefits and assist with performance management. + Ensure compliance with HR laws and maintain accurate employee records. + Assist with training programs and track employee development. + Prepare HR reports and analyze employee data for trends. Skills & Qualifications: + 2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role. + Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word).
