Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The (Site) HR Business Partner supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. You are the strategic partner for your business stakeholders and work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeterManage the organizational structure and the recruitment processManage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topicsExecute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projectsCoordination of the external HR service providersOversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processesPreparation of reports and analysesCoordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus processParticipation in audits  and controls regarding managed areasClose cooperation with the workers council or union if applicableYour profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

BA / BSc HR, business administration or relatedMA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred

Professional Experience:

2-5 years of experience in an operative HR roleGood understanding of organizational topics in an industrial settingSolid knowledge of local HR legislationStrong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset

Skills and competencies:
