As an HR Director for Fire Americas in Building Automation (BA), you will have\na transformative impact on our business. You will directly support the VP GM of\nFire Americas and their directs for the largest P/L within the Fire GBE.  You will drive transformation throughout the\nbusiness including creating and owning the HR strategy to enable growth, operational\nefficiency, and unlock valuable insights for organization.  Your strategic vision and guidance will shape\nthe development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, enabling us\nto attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will report directly to our HR VP and you will work out of our Atlanta,\nGeorgia location on a Hybrid work schedule. As an HR leader at Honeywell, you\nwill play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help\nthem perform at their best and drive change across the company. As a key\nleader, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverse team by\nrecruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and\nengagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Develop and execute HR strategies for\nthe commercial organization to support the Americas Leadership team.
•   Partner\nwith senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change, talent\ndevelopment, performance management, and employee engagement
•   Oversee talent acquisition and\nretention efforts
•   Ensure compliance with HR policies,\nprocedures, and legal requirements
•   Provide guidance and support to HR\nteam members on HR practices and regulations

YOU MUST HAVE

•   8+ years of experience in HR, with a\nfocus on HR leadership roles in commercial organizations
•   Strong knowledge of HR policies,\nprocedures, and best practices
•   Experience in driving employee\nengagement and fostering a positive work culture
•   Excellent communication and\ninterpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate\neffectively
•   Strong organizational and\nproblem-solving skills, with attention to detail

WE VALUE

•   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,\nBusiness Administration, or related field
•   Proven track record in driving HR\ninitiatives and delivering measurable results
•   Experience in talent acquisition and\nretention strategies
•   Knowledge of HR regulations and legal\nrequirements
