Our client in the academic industry is seeking a HR Director: Organisational Development & Effectiveness to join their team on a one year contract.
The purpose of this position is to lead and partner with our clients leadership, management and HR teams to develop, implement and review an Organisational Development & Effectiveness (ODE) strategy, to support the client’s vision, mission, strategy and its transformation goals.
The position ensures the design, development, alignment, integration, implementation, monitoring and review of an ODE strategy, objectives, policies, programmes, interventions, projects, processes and procedures, to ensure organisational effectiveness etc.
Candidate Requirements
Must have:
A Masters Degree (NQF9) in Human Resources or related field At least nine years’ experience in HR with five years’ experience as Senior manager in organisational development/effectiveness Designing, implementing and reviewing organisational development/effectiveness programmes; project management Relevant legislation and HR best practice Relevant HR related professional body e.g. South African Board of People Practice (SABPP), The Institute of People Management (IPM)Interested then email your CV to recruitment@corporateplacements.co.za
