Your mission will be…

Support the digitalization of HR services, from project initiation to successful implementation and post-implementation phases;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support in the rollout plan execution;Support in the project team management and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones;Conduct process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement;Design and implement streamlined HR processes, leveraging technology solutions and automation;Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies;Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and key metrics;Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on project objectives.

We are looking for someone with…

Proven experience in project management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives;Strong process analysis and improvement skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions;In-depth knowledge of HR processes and related technologies;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively;Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
