Position Overview International in Tusla is looking for an HR Coordinator-Plant to join our team! We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, organized, loves people and event planning, and is comfortable with reporting, documentation and data. This person will lead training and orientations so being comfortable speaking in a group setting is required. The HR Coordinator-Plant will be the front line support for our large facility working the hours of Monday-Thursday 6am to 4:30 with occasional Friday's. Responsibilities Manage the new employee onboarding schedule, coordination, communications and facilitation. Facilitate trainings during new employee orientations to include basic compliance, work rules, etc.. Provide front line support to employee inquiries regarding HR-related topics. Provide support with HRIS reporting, data audits, employee benefits, and event planning Run standardized reports and maintain HR metrics, maintain accurate real time data in staffing plans. Update time cards using Kronos, provide support to supervisors as needed Support and coordinate employee recognition events Develop, organize and maintain HR standard work documentation and processes Demonstrate confidentiality and compliance to federal, state and local employment laws Participate in continuous improvement and special projects as assigned Point of contact for record retention program at Tulsa Oversees the internal job bidding process and external job postings processes Coordinate absence line notification -via phone and QR Code Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree OR At least 2 years of human resources or labor experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Experience in an HR role supporting a manufacturing facility Highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams Experience in SAP and Kronos is a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus Ability to work Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 4:30pm with occasional Friday's Benefits and Compensation We provide a competitive total rewards package which ensures job satisfaction both on and off the job.
