Robert Half is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join a local and dynamic organization. In this role, you’ll support a broad range of Human Resources functions, helping to build and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate the posting of job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.
+ Schedule interviews, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assist with background checks.
+ Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials for new hires.
+ Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation scheduling and paperwork completion.
+ Ensure offboarding tasks such as exit interviews and return of company assets are completed.
+ Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and HR systems to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
+ Assist in tracking employee attendance, leaves of absence, and benefits enrollment.
+ Generate HR reports and analytics as requested by management.
+ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
+ Assist in resolving minor employee issues or escalating concerns to the appropriate HR team member.
+ Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
+ Assist with audits and document preparation for compliance purposes when needed.
+ Coordinate training sessions, arrange resources, and track employee participation.
+ Help promote professional development opportunities for staff.
+ Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities, such as company events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 1-2 years of previous experience in an HR-related role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with an HR background are encouraged to apply.
+ Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
+ Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (preferred but not required).
