Description We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team based in Columbia, South Carolina. The role involves working within a fast-paced environment, where you will be assisting the HR team with various administrative tasks related to human resources. This is a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Reviewing and handling confidential documents with utmost discretion • Uploading and managing data in Workday, our HR management software • Contributing to the smooth running of the HR department by providing administrative support • Assisting in HR-related projects as part of the team, including HR mergers • Ensuring all personnel files are maintained accurately and up-to-date • Responding to HR-related inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Assisting in the coordination of daily HR operations and tasks • Utilizing strong time management skills to successfully meet deadlines.
