A Day in the Life: 

 

The HR Coordinator helps drive a positive employee experience through engagement, compliance, partnership, and data integrity. The Coordinator will be a member of a high-performing cross-functional HR team, focused on delivering excellent service to employees. 

 

This role is an onsite position, and the hourly rate begins at $20/hr.  

 

What You’ll Do: 

 

Provide administrative support across the HR function, including processing ingoing and outgoing mail, coordinating employee events and access requests, and supporting timekeeping policies and correcting timecards as necessary. 

Support workplace compliance by coordinating local Leave, Disability, and Workers’ Compensation management programs. 

Coordinate employee engagement events in partnership with HR, Benefits, Communication, and Leadership teams. 

Support onboarding processes including facilitating New Hire Orientation, completing employment authorizations, and ensuring employee records are accurate. 

Act as a point of contact for OKC-based employees for general questions. 

 

 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

High School Diploma or equivalent, required 

Bachelor’s Degree in HR-related field or relevant experience, required 

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS, Payroll, CRM, and ATS software, required 

Proficiency in MS Office, required 

Ability to maintain confidentiality 

Ability to multi-task using multiple systems and applications 

Ability to work under minimal supervision  

Ability to work independantly and in a team environment 

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
