This entry-level HR Coordinator role will assist with the human resources processes. This role provides administrative support to the human resources function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. Assists in developing and implementing HR functions, including hiring, benefits, training, onboarding, licensing, employee relations, personnel policies and procedures, and payroll.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities Provide excellence in service to our Team Members Responsible for Team Member Birthday/Anniversary Recognition Print and administer Team Member badges Assist HR Business Partners with coordinating roundtable meetings and other meetings as needed Assist with Team Member Appreciation events Ordering and inventory of office supplies Coordinate Team Member uniform distribution, inventory, ordering, and room organization Posting of Team Member communications Provide administrative/clerical support (filing, scheduling, scanning, etc.) for the HR department Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation Assist with benefit enrollment Participate in HR staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as needed Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database Participate in developing department goals and objectives Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment Perform other related duties as assigned Standards Of Performance Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all Team Members and the public Oral and written communication skills Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the position Education, Tr AI Ning, And Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, one to two years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience is preferred Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Must be detail-oriented, have a professional attitude, and have strong organization and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
