Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive HR data support to HR Team, ensuring data integrity, leveraging HR data to support decisions and projects. The individual will work with the Head of Compensation & HR Controlling to track the P&B budget forecasting including headcount management, auditing, reporting in all related systems for all African affiliates. They must have strong governance, accurate reporting and record keeping skills on all related data elements across the HR function. This role works with HR & Finance to ensure integrity of the Rolling Forecast processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
HR Data Analysis
Extract and consolidate HR data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracyComplete monthly, quarterly, annual, and other reporting as requiredCollect, clean, and analyse HR data from various sources (HRIS, payroll, performance management systems) to identify trends in employee turnover, engagement, absenteeism, productivity, and workforce demographicsDevelop, collate & manage comprehensive dashboards and reports that present key HR and financial insights to stakeholdersPartner with HR and finance leadership to identify workforce trends and inform strategic workforce planning decisionsAnalyse the cost-effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs, identifying areas for optimizationHR Data Analysis

Management of templates and tools required for accurate forecasting of Payroll & BenefitsEnsure Proxied actuals are captured onto HR Budget tool within specified deadlinesProactively call out possible overspend and savings/optimization.Assist the HRCM in the Beyond Budget process for all Africa affiliates and ensure accuracy in reporting tool (Adaptive/Workday).Provide monthly reports to Finance by stipulated deadlinesProvide up back up support to payroll functionCompliance & Governance:
Monthly of HRIS (Workday and Adaptive) to ensure alignment and accuracyProvide support to HR teams during yearly auditsEnsures all documents & records derived from his/her worked are properly managed and archive for audit and reference purposesKey Competencies and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or FinanceMinimum 5 to 7 years in HR/and or FinanceExperience in an FMCG environment is preferableExperience in Payroll and Payroll SystemsExperience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAGE 300, Adaptive)Experience in HR data management, compliance & governanceJob Posting End Date:
