POSITION SUMMARY

Our approach to HR is progressive, strategic and innovative. We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to support a member of our Executive Leadership Team.
Through influence, consulting and coaching on the human capital strategy, the Senior HRBP will consult with leaders to help them better leverage talent to exceed strategic business aspirations and objectives.
Reports to Head of Human Resources Consulting & Talent Management. This position will be hybrid (combination of in the office and work from home) and can be based in Boston or Springfield, MA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Partner directly with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business priorities
Develop holistic Talent strategy: onboarding, development, engagement, retention plans for top high potential and critical talent
Invest in development to align top talent’s career growth with future leadership needs
Ensure succession readiness with realistic, actionable development plans
Workforce Planning – Create strategy and contingency plans based on market trends and organizational needs
Coach and partner with leaders to create actionable plans to improve leadership effectiveness
Facilitate organizational design discussions with senior leadership to ensure we have the right talent and skills to achieve the business strategy.
Partner to create a culture of inclusion
Demonstrates high level experience in developing and enhancing cultural competence associated with the company’s values
Provide guidance and insight to establishing performance objectives, calibrating performance outcomes and compensation planning
Promote One HR to leverage expertise and capability to achieve the greatest business impact. Collaborate effectively with COE partners to share business concerns, identify optimal solutions and programs.
Advocate effectively for business needs; help shape HR initiatives to address most important gaps in business and anticipate readiness and change management concerns.
Deliver change management interventions in partnership with Learning and Development
Help protect the company‘s ethical reputation and mitigate liability risk.
May manage a team of HR Business Partners
Lead Human Resource projects and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and a strong foundation of experience in an HR Business Partner role
Experience leading a team of HR professionals
Demonstrated effective consulting and influencing skills
Results oriented with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate and build trust, within complex organizational relationships
Agility, Flexibility, adaptability; able to effectively prioritize
Ability to work through complex situations with leaders at all levels of the organization
Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment
Experience partnering with senior business leaders on business strategy, organizational design and talent optimization
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA and/or SPHR preferred
10+ years of progressive strategic HR experience.

Salary Range: $176,400.00-$231,500.00
