Responsibilities:
The HR Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for the UK HR team by offering a professional customer service regarding HR polices and advice to employees and managers.
This key and varied role will be responsible for transactional HR administration within the employee lifecycle and would complete tasks such as
Managing the Chelmsford HR Helpdesk and phone lines,Providing guidance to employees and managersManagement of HR ticketing tool and shared inboxOn and off boarding of employees.Processing and communication of employee data (the administration of contractual offers, employee changes)Induction of new joinersUpdating the HRIS ensuring the accuracy of all data (Workday)Administration support for the company reward schemes such as third party benefit providers, Long Service AwardsPrepare standard and ad hoc reportsDevelop and maintain Procedures, Policies and Work InstructionsCo-ordinate and support key HR projects within the departmentIn this role you will work closely and support with the wider HR team. For example, notetaking for disciplinary hearings, grievances, support with consultations and redundancies, mandatory collective bargaining activityQualifications:
The successful HR Coordinator will have:
Worked within a busy HR function previouslyExperience of Workday systemExcellent written and verbal communications skillsSkills with the ability to prioritise and multitask with a process improvement mind-setExcellent attention to detail and “right first time” approach to work and ability to maintain this during busy periodsPersonal accountability and ownership with a level of tenacity to ensure a positive customer experience in everything you doProactive and self-motivated, confident team workerKnowledge of Success Factors, Cornerstone and/or iCIMS would be advantageous
