Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Summary:
Responsible assisting with administrative functions for organizational employees and management and perform special projects as assigned. Experience with Payroll, Inventory Control, Spreadsheet and Reports preferred.

Essential Functions
This position follows clearly detailed specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as coding and filing documents in an extensive alphabetical file; could involve simple posting to individual accounts Operates basic office equipment, e.g., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, mailing machines, and minimal computer programs. Little or no subject-matter knowledge is required, but the clerk uses his or her own judgment in choosing the proper procedure for each task. Other tasks a maybe directed by the Project Manager/Supervisor. Pass and maintain any required security clearance requirement and comply with Drug Free Workplace policy. Adhere to Operations Security (OPSEC) standard operations procedure. Adhere to Property Control Plan for management of Government Furnished Property (GFP). Adhere to a safety and health program that complies with EM 385-1-1 and applicable OSHA, DOD, Armed Forces Branch(s), Federal, state, and local safety, environmental and health requirements. Adhere to a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) in accordance with Appendix A, EM 385-1-1.
