Job Title: HR Recruiting Clerk Job Description As an HR Recruiting Clerk, you will provide pivotal administrative support within the HR department, performing a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing HR processes. Your responsibilities will include managing databases, assisting in recruiting activities, handling data entry, processing new hire documentation and training, and maintaining personnel files. You will also be involved in sourcing resumes, conducting preliminary qualification checks and phone interviews, maintaining employee attendance records, assisting in onboarding new employees, and analyzing data related to employee turnover to support improvement initiatives. Work Environment Office space within a manufacturing building, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with potential overtime.
